I've had my Charge Tti in a Skinth Shield for 8 years and it still looks brand new! One thing I did was swap out my own olight with a brass Right Angle Light from County Comm (great site if you haven't seen it) .. Added bonus is that I can leave the light in the side pocket on the Skinth, twist the head on, and leave it in the pocket so I get hands free illumination when walking around or doing simple tasks where it's not convenient to have it in hand (or in mouth!)

I get lots of conflicting info on using a 10440 in the i3t. I recently picked up an i3t for myself and I got a bunch to give out to family at Christmas. I’ve been using Energizer Ultimate Lithium AAA’s or Alkaline (all 1.5v) and High Capacity Low Self-discharge NiMH AAA (1.2v) and the results are acceptable for a small pocket light. I picked up 10440 3.7v lithium-ion rechargeable’s and the work fabulously… The light on low brighter than it is on high with the alkaline batteries or 1.5v lithium primary cells. My colleague told me not to used the 10440 because the light will burn-out, so I stopped using the 10440. However after using the 10440 battles, the light now seems woefully inadequate now, after seeing how well it performed on the 10440. You’ve been using the light for over a year now, and you’ve been using a 10440? Perhaps my colleague was wrong. It seems through my own research that a lot of people are saying it’s perfectly fine even though all light and some claim it isn’t… but everyone in the forums say they use the 10440 in the Olight i3t. Now I’m seeing this. So I am assuming that it is OK. Would you agree, have you had any issues? After all I got the light for under $20… but still like it. All my best, George

Just tried this it kicks ass now compared to using a AAA you get at least 300lumens on high compared to 180lumens and sure theres a risk of frying the light but they only cost $20 on amazon

great video, thank you! i hope you upgraded to leatherman ratchet driver! in that tool i put the victorinox eyeglases screwdriver, it work very good. i dont use a pencil as i own a Note20Ultra so i carry a tube extender with battery and charger for Lumintop GT Nano. Also i use only one bits kit, the left behend bits are useless. i guess half are in metric and half imperial. but im not sure, it can be a mix. the woodsaw on all leatherman and victorinox are great only for dry wood but i need to cut roses branches from time to time. so i bought Bosch progressive woodsaw. also a kukri style tshank blade to spare main blades from dirty work. i want to keep main blades food grade. also i added a metal saw. edit: my black and silver Surge came with 5 pockets sheath. i used it last time yesterday at work to adjust my bicycle's ergonomic grips in a better position.
