#Hello #❤😊#
If you put a 45 degree offset rail piece you can install a dot sight out near the muzzle and improve your accuracy 100% and still fold the carbine. You only have to twist the weapon 25% to the left for a right hand shooter..
Back in the 90s, exporting titanium ingots was prohibited in Russia, but exporting goods manufactured from titanium was fine and dandy. This funky product was a tool to exploit that loophole. By the way, it has absolutely nothing to do with spetsnaz.
OINK...!
Super reliable rifle for myself and my wife. Both of us see no problem with sight picture on factory sights and the rifle is very accurate. Easy target acquisition. You only need to learn to git gud with peep sights. Love the Cape Breton accent 👍🏻🍻
@@RyanJones-o4i I liked the iron sights on the SKS better
cutie!!
Adorable!
I thought Justine Trudeau had essentially locked down 95% of all private gun ownership??
First off, its refreshing to see a how to video using only the tools most would have laying around in the garage. So many videos display themselves as easy and cheap but its not so cheap when youve gotta rent a 400$ tool lol That said, watching you cut with that saw made me queasy. Im big on saving money, best way to convince my husband of any diy project is to do it as cheaply as possible even if that means doing alot more work. Youre only as good as your tools are. Basic tools usually produce enough Return on Investment to warrant the initial cost.
So Cold Steel Kukri Plus is the Winner 🏆 because a safe queen is a jewel not a tool. 👍
ruclips.net/video/pvzwVsFFTW4/видео.htmlsi=FRGs0wjjs-gd03DL Cliff knows about that blade and steel.😊
Doggo is ready to move out!
Is the T97 still legal in Canada?
Great video, i finally got the gas piston out of mine. I wanted to listen to a review as i deep cleaned mine. You are 100 percent accurate on your review. I highly recommended cleaning the gas piston after every range trip or it WILL get stuck
I’ve had the titanium one for a few years. I swapped the wood handle for a replacement cold steel one and a case. ( fits perfectly, much better than the ussr army one) I take it ever canoe camp, fits perfectly in my blue barrel 🛶🤙
The sights can be fixed by a simple drill bit, or buying an upgraded MCarbo sights. Gen 3 do not come with any sights as the barrel now folds and rotates to allow for an optic.
Thank you for taking the time to record and post this video. ❤ I’m going to have to patch up the dirt road to get to sone property I’m buying. People drive in the mud with large trucks and trailers and I have not been able to get to my land without getting stuck in the ruts.
Thank you for taking the time to watch. That was before I knew how to edit videos. I hope we do a better job filming now
Lol cobra commander
Subscribe and join the cobra army!! Hahaha
7 round mags? Canada sucks.
5 round in many calibers. 10 max in pistol calibres I think
The dog was so ready to go on a patrol.
It's from G.I. Joe. The bad guys were the Cobras
Good man! If I had prizes I'd send you one lol
Here is something many may not know. The gen 3 anyway, with the bolt closed on an empty chamber, if you dry fire it, and then turn it to safe before cycling it. It puts the gun in safe / safe mode and it will not allow the bolt to travel back far enough to chamber a round from the mag until you turn the safe off again. Now thats only if the safe is applied once the bolt is closed and dry fired. I guess in safe / safe if someone was able to get your gun from you they likely wouldn't be able to chamber a round before you could engage them again or run clear to safety.
😆
It's a direct challenge to Seagal to produce fight footage that looks as real as these 10 year olds lol
In China they preferred this over the AK. They even made a more accurate version with a rotating bolt that fed from an AK mag. I love this rifle but I always thought to myself it would be so cool if it hand an M1 garands style 10 round en block clip that loaded from the top and ejected after firing. A smle mag can work with 7.62x39 and you can rechamber the rifle, pretty sure you could do it with a M1 garand but It would be a pain. But a company should make rifles for common caliber with 10 round en blocks for Canada and ban states. Since the SMLE and M1 are exempt from the 10 round rule and so are pistol mags, if someone imported or made just 1 or 2 "pistols" with SKS mags you could convert them.
Hi
Hi glen leo here
Tai Pan all the way.
A good choice for a Russian or Ukrainian soldier in a trench, or self defense, risking how that'd look in court! Lol
Che was a pig!
I like your shed, don't see another like it on youtube.
Thank you, I think it is an original design. The logs I used were too small to mill and therefore also too small to notch, so I just stacked them like a log cabin and used corner posts and my roof to solidify things. It's all filmed in the channel if you go back a few months in the videos. 8x12 shed cost me only the metal roofing and a few 4x4 posts
The trailer you had made for large longs is brilliant! Definitely need one for myself.
I can't take credit for the design. A welder made it for a small woodlot he and his father cleared. Most designs use a winch to raise and lower their log but this sliding bar design is faster
A very Canadian video.

What’s the price of the titanium ?
I'm pretty sure I paid over $100 Canadian, likely closer to $150. I'd recommend it for a soldier who needs to carry one. I understand they're still in the trenches in Ukraine, but even there I'm not sure how much digging is ever done like that in the field. Otherwise invest in full size tools and go to work!
You just have to boot out Trudeau and his la lackies
I think a hinge off of a corner kitchen cupbord should work for you it pulls out and away before opening you might need 4 or more for that amount of weight
Very much appreciate the suggestion. It was an after-thought when I was filming that I had a few of those. They start at 90 degrees and open out and away as you say. I didn't think the ones I had would hold the weight
@@fattonyd232 that's good you have a few you could do a test then get some that will handle the weight good luck

Are these illegal in Canada now?
I don't think so. They were under the proposed ban initially but I think when the bill passed they had been removed. There's a firearms lawyer in Canada with a RUclips channel called Runkle of the Bailey. You'd get much better info on it there
I love the SKS. Rugged, soft shooting but has adequate power for most jobs. Reliable and durable, simple to maintain. Light to carry and no magazines to carry or lose.
Let me introduce you to Mike in Canmore! Peace Be The Journey!
I've had mine (Gen 3) for over 2 years. Never had any issues of any kind. At 100 meters I get groupings of approximately 1.5 - 2 inches with a 1 - 6 LPVO.
do you have links to the products? where do you get them?
eBay often but just google search and you might get other surplus shops etc that sell them
I don't get why people keep saying throw in a backpack? If you need it your not getting your pack off your back and open it up and get out the firearm unfold and charge and be ready to shoot
I don't want to look like Rambo going to my car lol
You need the Tai Pan if you want to reach the internal organs. 🙃
Greatly informative! New to the responsibility of a few acres of woods, I've been clearing it out and am excited to do a bit more investigating of the lot with some new information. Thanks guys!
Thank you, comments like this make it worthwhile! We have a bunch of videos on selecting hardwood and softwood trees and what we do with them. Hope it's helpful
A repair like that here in the UK would fail the annual MOT test. It has to be welded metal panels. Our Transit Connects get the same problem. Mostly Ford cars last a long time but their Transits, not just the Connect, but the bigger ones too, seem to have been made to rust like yours.
I think it'll pass here but I'll have to give an update on that! You'd think they'd make stainless rocker panels but I guess then you sell fewer parts and fewer vehicles :/
I honestly can't understand how a person can say, about the sub 2k, " I don't see anyone trusting thier lives to this (sub2k)"? Well considering the popularity of 9mm I really couldn't care less about what a 9mm bullet is being fired from. Why do people detract from bullet bc theyre critical of the launching device? A 9mm flying at your head from sub2k is just as deadly as if it came from a HK mp5. I can so defend myself with a Sub2k easily. Anyone having doubts about the effectiveness of the 2k go ahead and pay 2 or 3k for H&K or any other high end piece. Like the High point Kel-tec has its detractors about fit finish feel whatever, result is it works. Kel-tec will soon be releasing larger calibers soon look for .45 acp and even a .44LC possibly
It was reliable. How many rounds you could put through the barrel vs a military rifle like an SKS I don't know. Barrels get hot, accuracy suffers etc etc. How durable it would be when abused, or reliable with dirt etc in the mix I'd question, and I didn't like the sights. Could be my eyes, skill, personal preference.
I have put thousands of rounds through mine steel cased as well and never a malfunction. I mounted a 45 degree mount on mine with a green dot and it folds and locks beautifully without having to buy the mcarbo gadgets etc. With the 16.25 inch barrel I am achieving near 357 mag velocities. AND it interchanges magazines with my main carry gun my Glock 17! One helluva bug out gun that's rugged and extremely reliable and easy to clean. .
Incredible video man, keep up the good work!
Thank you it's much appreciated. We operate on a low to no budget and little technical knowledge when it comes to producing videos lol
The Rock Salt is a nice knife no doubt, but I think the Spyderco Respect would be more of a match for the Tai-Pan. Great review! 👏

It’s not russian, it’s Soviet made…
True
I am 54 years old. I am Ukrainian made Canadian citizen since 2002 and of course used to serve in Soviet Union Army in 1988 in the Air Forces at Ukraine territory with the same gun. Since then it was my dream to own it, of course in Soviet Union it was impossible, but since I became Canadian, I made my dream. Great gun. Thank you for your review.
@@igorpolulyakhov4571 People weren't allowed to own an SKS in Soviet times? Were you allowed rifles to hunt with? I'm sure you have some interesting stories from the Soviet army
