Adele - 30 ALBUM REVIEW

As much as ‘30’ is a subdued and refreshing take on Adele’s retro soul sound, it struggles with consistency and vocal performance; normally the bread and butter of Adele's artistry. Rise Against - Nowhere Generation ALBUM REVIEW
This is one of my favorite albums lmao
Great comparison, and I'm so glad to hear such a positive overview on Coldplay. They're one of my all-time favorite artists, and I don't care what anybody else says. If there was ever a "Guardians of the Galaxy" style movie made about my life, I would request that a lot of the songs be Coldplay songs! I've only listened to AROBTTH and X&Y all the way through, but I just got Parachutes and Viva la Vida for Christmas, and I've heard quite a few tracks from the others. I'd say that from what I've heard so far, the older stuff is definitely the best, but a lot of the post Mylo "pop" stuff is great "mood-music" for when you just want to have a good time🙂 I will also say from listening to AROBTTH and X&Y that some of the best songs on those albums are not the singles. Tracks like "Warning Sign," "Amsterdam," "A Message," and (my personal favorite) "Swallowed in the Sea" are absolutely fantastic, and should be as iconic as songs like "Clocks" and "Fix You." Anybody who hasn't heard some of these songs should definitely check them out for themselves😉
you should review his other albums
It's wild how different everyone's rankings are. I'm definitely biased towards their new stuff but this is mine (and I'm gonna add Delta Kream and Dropout Boogie here too cause why not): 11. The Big Come Up 10. Magic Potion 9. Delta Kream 8. Dropout Boogie 7. Thickfreakness 6. Rubber Factory 5. Attack & Release 4. Brothers 3. El Camino 2. Turn Blue 1. Let's Rock
EZ Parachutes
My personal best-to-worst list that I feel nobody else on the entire planet agrees with xD: 1. Mylo Xyloto 2. Viva La Vida + PM 3. X+Y 4. Rush of Blood 5. Parachutes 6. A Head Full of Dreams 7. Ghost Stories 8. Everyday Life
jewel as your outro song but you only gave this a 5/10, i’m so conflicted rn
You kids masturbate too much over what you hear that you missed a highly prophetic message from the Book of Luke 17:22-23. Music is inspired by those who don't dwell here. Beck is so original that he reaches only those similarly inspired.
the new single 'Reckoning' for their next record Blink Twice kinda completes Last Night I Heard Em Sing but maybe not in the way you want it to
It said there was 5 comments so guess I’ll be the 5th
Ok man to be the only comment on this video I’ll say one thing: I heard one guy say and I don’t know who critics will hate it but fans will love it and I agree with him
I didn’t realize how good Nightcrawler actually is after a few more listens. The groove, the smooth pretty feminine vocals, the lyrics, I grew to really love this track. I’d be curious to see if that grows on you.
Listen to it again in twenty years. You’re probably too young to get it
do a review on Harry’s House!
Album isn't boring to me. I enjoyed 9 of 10 songs and based on their ages, it's well put together and still has strong multi-layered lyrics and sound and I rate it 8.5 out of 10.
Agree with everything except fearless, That’s my second fav song on the album and I’ve found myself going back to it. Nonetheless, it’s a good review !
Bedroom Floor is a bop , say whatever you want to !
I think this album was very experimental and didn't sound like the typical ''Max Martin'' production. I know the songs produced by Max Martin (like The Backstreets Boys, Katy Perry, Ariana Grande, Weeknd, etc.) and his production was at the base more commercial. The perfect example was with ''Prism'' by Katy Perry, a very confessional and personal album. the songs produced by Max Martin in the ''Prism'' album (he produced the first half) was more radio-friendly, while the second half (not produced by Max Martin) was very deep, confessional and personal and less for radios stations, depist it's was very pop. While in ''Music of th Spheres'', it's didn't sound like the typical Max martin production, because for me, it's sound like a space sountrack of a movie to have a story-telling to debut of end. It's was more for arts and not formated for radios. This album spent me a great moments depist few tracks not so good. This is the album that i wanted to listen the ''Coldplay'' albums and for me, ''Everyday Life'' and ''A Rush of Blood to the Head'' was thier bests and ''Mylo Xyloto'' and ''X&Y'' horrifies me (i was listen more pop and RnB at the base).
I do enjoy this review. But my list might be different. (I would put Music Of The Spheres at the bottom of the list) 8: Mylo Xyloto 7: A Head Full Of Dreams 6: Everyday Life 5: Ghost Stories 4: Viva La Vida 3: X&Y 2: Parachutes 1: A Rush Of Blood To The Head
The album cover is very similar to Michael Jackson's xscape
Hey! Really hope you're not done with reviewing! You should review the new Joywave record next.
Of course Gold their greatest hits compilation is a superior album to Voyage! Duh! You should have compared it with their other studio albums. Personally, I think that Voyage is an ok release that pales in comparison to their very best output.
The most underrated part of "Ghost Stories" is the "Secret" track "All Your Friends"
I swear I’m like the only person who likes this album.

1. Viva 2. X and Y 3. ARBH 4. AHFD 5. Mylo 6. Parachutes 7. Ghost 8. MOS 9. Everyday life
Wow! You don't seem to appreciate how talented these four people are! ... "They do well with what talent they have"! Music is very subjective I know, but beats me how some folk don't appreciate the individual talents (musical composition and arrangement, lyric writing and wonderful voices) that when combined make this the greatest pop band that has ever existed. In my opinion. 😉
What talent they have?...these guys have more talent in them than all the modern acts around nowadays...that includes ed sheeran and adele, who regurgitate the same old crap time after time....as for the American, porn Star, pop stars like Cardi b and nicky minge.....they are just an embarrassment...viva ABBA... Ireland 🇮🇪
Oh my ... didn't see that coming. I'll admit that I'm sure not everyone feels the Adele hype train, so some others might feel similar to you. As for me, I still enjoyed the album. :)
I'm pretty sure they meant for this album to be mix of songs with different tones with different emotional meaning. They could if they wanted to make an all dance and upbeat if they wanted to. You can say this was a introductional warmup album.
Hi bright green field was my favourite album of 2021 I saw them live last September they were excellent. Thanks for sharing your thoughts 👍
A review that has little, or no, mention of their voices. The maturity they now have adds a new element to their sound. I doubt Agnetha could have been able to match the emotional impact of 'I could be that women' if she sung that in her 30's/40's. I never expected to compare this album to previous releases, they were always going to be different beasts. To be honest, anyone who is going to compare it to the 'Gold' compilation was never going to give it a high mark, so I think you were fair in giving it 6/10. As a life long ABBA fan I give it 8/10 for sound, and 12/10 for emotional impact! [There in lies the difference I think!].
great emotionally charged singer - great album
Interesting views Ryan. Just one thing I was surprised at was comparing this album to their greatest hits. Would you not agree that any ABBA album would pale next to a compilation of their greatest hits? And would that not be true for any band that has put out a ton of singles in their career?
this is officially the current highlight of mah 2022 ;)
mah heart :3
@@TrueNorthReviews HE REPLIED!! C:
"They do well with what talent they have". Hilarious. The women are among the best singers in the business, and Benny is an incredibly skilled composer. As far as talent is concerned, there is no one in popular music as talented as ABBA.
Those girls were the hottest vocalists and sexiest babes in the buisness.Who wouldn't like to have them in their band. They are still the phenomenal queens of harmony in unison.Nobody will touch them in this field.B+B were/are real kings.he!he!
I have listened all 10 songs in various channels in the net, under the use of the Dolby Atmos analysis 'musicscope".You can't imagine the amount of work and the hidden beauty that's under the surface in terms of instrumentation and superb vocal construction.
P.S.Even if i had to be strict and see the glass half empty i'ld rate it 7.5.But regarding today's Faceless, generic music scene this is a pure, fresh perfumed air to breath from a past purity that you haven't lived in real time and experienced. So regarding this it's 11 out of 10 from me!Cause it's far more decent, disarmingly honest, and warmingly organic than a lot of some "cool"copy paste, uninspiring stuff that pollute the charts of today.
This is genuinely one the best works in all of music I’ve heard. I’d say it’s better than 90% of all albums I’ve heard.
Yeah The Nothing is a pretty good album. I am looking forward to the next album I thought Start The Healing is a great single. Good review man.
Good review 👍 buddy I've been a Duranie now 40 yrs plus and saw um 65 times live go and watch um they are electric sound performance and the stage lighting etc is fantastic!!! Well I've got this album 16 times different versions of future past and like all there other albums is about the same a total true Duranie era lol luv um there music is amazing listen to other of there albums I gave this album 11 out of 10 because it's bloody awesome amazing 👍 cheers enjoy Duran Duran like we duranies do lol!!! Thx
love seeing all these comments from the big Duran Duran fans! thank you so much! i'm glad i like Future Past and could give it a great score! i've recently listened to Rio and The Wedding Album because i liked Future Past so much... great stuff!! cheers and happy holidays :)
It is their 40th anniversary together this year. They have lasted 4 decades. They are not just an 80s band. Maybe they haven't had a whole lot of album sales but they are still relevant especially with their devoted fans. And unlike what you said about Falling it is my favorite song on the album and John Taylor's bass playing on that song and the rest of the tracks is superb. He even won two bass playing awards this year voted on by his peers.
thanks for the comment!! sorry we couldn't agree on Falling but it's awesome that you like it and it's your favourite ! Duran Duran are still great imo. thanks for watching. appreciate it. happy holidays :)
Songs too are like foods. Different people have different preferences.
Good review! I have been a Duran Duran fan since my first concert as a teenager back in 84. Love "Future Past". The piano on "Falling" is by David Bowie's pianist. DD were big Bowie fans and wanted this piano sound on the song as a tribute to Bowie. The "deluxe" CD of the album has a few extra songs including one of my favorites, "Laughing Boy". I would had liked "Hammerhead" better without the rapping part. The song "Anniversary" is more for the fans to celebrate their 40th Anniversary.. John Taylor said "It was fun to build a track with hints of previous Duran hits. They’re like Easter eggs, for the fans to find.” They also made a fun music video for the song with young actors playing early Duran2. From their recent albums, 'All You Need is Now" is really good too, and their 90s album 'Duran Duran' (known as the Wedding Album) has their huge come back hit from the 90s "Ordinary World". Their first two albums 'Duran Duran' and 'Rio' are really great too, but they never stopped making albums and touring.
so many fascinating tidbits in here. thank you for sharing! i loved reading this and hearing the connections to David Bowie, easter eggs, etc. thanks for watching and have a nice day! :) happy holidays

thank u kindly!
This review makes me want to consider reviewing it myself if I can get enough time to go through all the reviews I'd like to finish up for the year. But good job on ya mate!
thanks Garrett! definitely a great album to check out either way! thanks for giving this review a spin! hope you're doing well :)
Good review! It sounds like your thoughts pretty-much lined up with mine on this one, except that I'm a bit shocked that you've never heard a full DD album before now! I'd recommend their 1993 self-titled album (also called "The Wedding Album") or "Rio" first if you want to take another full-album dip. :)
Tom! I saw you reviewed this one not too long ago and I figured the timing was perfect. I am glad we aligned with our thoughts on this one, give or take a couple songs. I thought of you and Noah while reviewing this one since I assumed you guys would be big fans. Will definitely check out 'Rio' and the self-titled! Cheers :D
You and I probably have a similar feel for this album, while mixing up a few tracks. I still don’t care for their first few singles, but I hope the BTS feature will grow on me more because I see the clever ideas brewing. Great comment on the emoji songs as well. I think we agree very well on that comment. 👍
*talks about emojis* *uses a thumbs up emoji* hehe glad we see eye to eye on this one! cheers buddy
