I agree. 'Time heals wounds' is just a myth. Time doesn't heal wounds! It only makes us forget about the pain, but the wound doesn't heal. If it happens when we are young, that wound becomes our inner child.
I think you're right! While time may help us cope with pain, true healing often requires understanding and addressing the root causes of our wounds. Our experiences, especially those from our formative years, can shape who we are and influence how we navigate life.
