I wish you'd update your Etsy bro. I have no idea how your shop hasn't taken off. I plan on picking up your original models as soon as I have the spare money
You should probably do a serie of 6 link mechanism to allow the top section to move woithout sliding.. Or add some small bearings to the track. Btw, if you develop this enough, it could be an amazing starting point for orthesis
It’s an excellent exoskeleton! It’s good articulation, and it does give some of an assist, but the big thing is being able to cover the body with a rigid form. Do you want to keep it like that or do you want to cover the body? What I am interested in is like the initial space suit, that a woman developed for Artemis. In that one It was partially pressurized. There are many ways to add pressure and shock absorption at the same time, given a good enough rigid form
Amazing!! I just went for a run in mine recently. Took a little getting used to but worked pretty well. I can do somersaults and handsprings too. Currently working on the Arms and then onto armor.
@nozzle_torino watching you move, I actually don't think you can twist your leg at the hip. Can you? It looks to me like you're relying on your ankles for the rotational movement of your leg that's required to turn around in an efficient manner.
We need to do a Collab at some point lol. I need to start posting videos of my Exosuit. I feel like we could collaborate and make a badass exosuit. Also if you ever want to add armor for cosplay to the suit, I actually forge medieval armor and make Halo and Mandalorian cosplays.
@@pogers625 yes I actually did!! My suit works and moves really well. Part of it is having a shift point at the spine in the lumbar (lower region) and I also added hinges to the hip pieces to make the hips open and close when I shift my legs in or out. And finally the actual leg pieces attach to a heim joint (go cart tie rod ends) to facilitate the last extra movement of the hip flexion and forward/ backwards movement of the upper leg.
@@pogers625I modified loaded knee braces to also attach to the exo suit which goes into foot platforms with gas pistons to reduce shock and act as subtle passive strength enhancers to reduce fatigue. I can actually squat for long periods of time and not feel pain in my knees or lower back. I can also run, jump, etc. my suit is aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium and is sort of like mawashi exoskeleton but improved to be more rugged and I intend to add brackets to be able to up armor the suit with AR500 ballistic plates angled for deflection.
Amazing how we have two completely different approaches yet built very similar suits 😂😂. Tomorrow I will be finishing the foot platforms and then moving on to the upper body. All stainless steel, titanium, and aluminum however I'm hand machining and forming the pieces not using CNC or casting as it's too expensive.
nice
Thank you for sharing your progress man! 👍
Can i get the cad?
Nice work brotha. I've been watching your original work. Very impressive growth. Respect ✊🏿
Just by watching this video I know how this roughly works I’ll make one later
This is cool but may I ask what are you building it for????

this guy's gonna make the first set of power armor
wont not being able to extend the calf become a problem and limit the users mobility?
Где можно посмотреть полный обзор . Или описание ??
Now all you gotta do is get some micro electro-hydraulic radial actuators and a bunch of small compressors and you have power armor
Kong's beasts glove!??
All fun and games until he gets springlocked
Yo how you build that
@@ilovemennnnnnnnnn designed it and 3d printed it

Keep it up man 🎉
Would you ever put protective plating over the exoskeleton?
I feel like this is more like a cosplay cause if he try’s to lift something his only use his muscles and not the exoskeleton’s also the pla😢😢😅😅😅😅
All joints have resistance elements to compensate some weight. And the PLA will be replaced by metal, actually half of the exo is already aluminum
Good work, emperor blesses
Bro, that is so cool!
I'm not sure if you already covered it, but I'm stuck on how to rotate the hips on the armor I'm building.
Yep that's what the bearing on the belt does
@nozzle_torino Not that I mean, I don't really know what you call the movement, but you can twist your legs individually.

Yo, have you figured out how to get rotational movement on the hips? I'm stuck

do you mind showing it bend? like, rotating your upper body and legs seperately? super pleasing to look at
Casual flex..
What does it do? It can make you stronger ? Is it protect against hyper extension of joints?
Hi , can you please tell me from where you bought this or if it is printed can you send the 3d model file. And thanks for sharing such videos,
I designed it and I shared the files on Etsy and Patreon
