Dilmi, i really want to thank you for taking up the time and doing this video. Each and every word you said when entering the spiritual journey felt so similar to what i was going through, I found this video not just an answer but a guide that saved me to connect with who i am, and make the decisions that feels right within the heart cause i was feeling abit lost in life listening to the mind as there is no end to it. But whenever i listen to your videos it resonates something within that words can't describe but as you said the mind gets really tough and loud at times. But that small voice seem to always push forward.This cleared all what was bottling inside. The Buddha gives a good simile for this. In the Vīṇopamasutta in the Samyutta Nikaya, Buddha says, the self is like the sound of a musical instrument. It does not actually exist on the absolute level. It is just a result of a process of the 5 aggregates. In another simile, he says, the self, is like a rainbow, it is just an illusion. A rainbow does not exist with respect to the water and light. On that level, it is an illusion. However we cannot say the rainbow does not exist at all either. The rainbow is real relative to other things. For example. A rainbow is not real compared to the water and light. But a rainbow is real when compared to a mirage. But on the absolute level, there is no rainbow, it is just a process. An arahant has realized this process of the 5 aggregates, and hence, does not create a me, or a self (asmimana, sakkaya ditthi, atta). The practice to realize this, is the Eightfold path, mainly Cattara Satipatthana.

The four noble truths. Because one's own desire, expectations, because one delight in the 5 senses and 5 aggregates is the cause of suffering. But real happiness, real satisfaction, real peace, comes from removal of desire for what comes to the 5 senses by realizing anicca dukkha and anatta.
