It was suggested by a friend that I try Alkaline water. Interesting, I have trouble drinking smaller bottles of Poland,etc. Almost choke trying to drink it, but could instantly guzzle half a larger bottle of Alkaline water. I have tried to fix my water cooler that for the first time is leading where the bottle goes into the safe guard. I took the part out and cleaned the small holes and did get some dirt out of it. then I washed it and put it back. Then I reinstalled the water bottle but it is still leaking around where the bottle fits in the hole. What am I missing? I am senior and cant think what to do next.

The whole reason why a good number of people suffer from heartburn and related problems is due to their stomach content (which is supposed to be acidic) being distrupted. To my absolute horror, there was a spider just chilling in my water dispenser. So, seriously, clean it regularly, or you might end up with a new creepy roommate like I did.
