I have yet to see the Evil Queen break character. Her job is not an easy one even though she's a natural at it. I hope when her shift is over and she retreats to her real castle, she puts the Evil Queen personae on ice until her next shift. It would be awkward if her friends and family had to bow every time they came over to visit.
