@chndlr18 hi ! Teak really is unique in the way it reacts to weather and salt “Ultra Teak” is a man made teak being used more now due to the decreasing amount of teak (rising cost) and relative ease of maintenance. Great question though. Which part of the world are you in? 😊👍 - Scott

Engine room tour is to me really important .rundown on the engines year hors servicing etc ansengine room machinery. As for this boat it's showing it's age teak needs replacing in cockpit. The fastening have blown out . Considering it's age and the state of the sale market I think it's selling price value is around 200 k.

It’s a bit tricky with Palm Beach boats because essentially they build to the design requested by their owners so unlike a lot of production boats like a princess Riviera or Sunseeker they really isn’t a typical so for whatever reason on that 50 footer owner wanted it like that - go figure 😊👍 - Scott

Some of the designs I’ve noticed on other boats such as the multi directional seats and several brands such as Virtue do fold down sides, overall it looks very much like boats taking on designs seen in residential property, I suppose owners want an extension of their homes perhaps 😊👍 - Scott
