Hi there, @SaraKellyhiphope. Apologies for the delay here! We take credit card payments, debit card payments, and ACH payments. Landlords pay no fees to collect rent using Avail, the tenant pays the fees depending on the type of payment. If a landlord is on the Unlimited subscription, tenants must pay $2.50 per payment. However, ACH fees are waived for landlords with Unlimited Plus. Payments made with a credit or debit card require a 3.5% convenience fee. Hi there! I am glad you were able to find our software and certainly wish we could assist you. Unfortunately, we currently only support listings for addresses within the 50 United States and Washington DC.

Thanks for reaching out! There are a number of reasons we allow tenants the flexibility of editing or canceling their payments, many of which benefit our landlords. For example, a tenant may choose to update their payment method after a payment has already been scheduled or AutoPay has been enabled. In many cases, this change will prevent a tenant's payment from failing. Please note - no changes can be made after the cutoff time of 2 PM CT the business day before withdrawal. We’ve found that most rent collection processors operate similarly. My husband passed away unexpected January 16th and on February 1st when I went to pay the rent he refused to accept the money and handed me an eviction notice now I have lived in this apartment for 8 years and he is claiming that I am not on the lease which I am not but as long as I can afford rent I'm not sure how this is fair

Man! I thought I was the only fool waiting. It's been about a month and a half after the dashboard showed approved/disbursed and the notification email said 10-14 days for a check to arrive lol! I call now and they say, wait three months and then they investigate what's going on. But I did get one check covering one month of rent - to help while I wait? anyone else?
