Look they both are great and ground breaking changing k-rap but they 2 diff kinds of rapping and both masters of each but cocona has more of an old school flow and more English to Korean switch and clear milli remind me of like lil Wayne and is fast and creative but I'm all about the flow, rhythm & rhyme
