All credit to the composer of this album and the writers and programmers of this masterpiece of a game.

Fixions - Secret Blades (Mother Russia Bleeds OST) 4 Minute TABATA

Hello, everyone Just another 4 minute Tabata song with a more "aggressive" song, for those of us who are trying to balance gaming chair time with physical exercise. If you don't know what a TABATA sequence is, there are way too many RUclips videos out there to cite one here, which will explain the process and the exercises you can perform with these songs/sequences. If you don't know what a Tabata is, it's an exercising routine; in this case 20 seconds tasks followed by 10 seconds pauses for rest, for a total of four minutes. 8 rounds of exercise in total. About 1:04 is cut from "Are You Sitting Comfortably" (from "the seven wonder...to a little before "When the white eagle of the north,"). A bit jarring.

    Marcus Fjellström was the composer, he sadly passed away at only 30 something years old before the show released. He used a lot of his previous work in show and some other artists also had their work featured in it. If this was composed for the show by Marcus then I suspect there will never be an official release but there could be a chance this is an old composition of his or someone else's you'll just have to dig really deep into his library or look for what other artisti contributed to show.

    This is around when I saw them live, at Stanford U. outside, we were in the Stadium about half way up, so the MB were these very small figures way, far down on the stage...it was still loud, as I remember? Ray Thomas did the intros? I read later that they had no money so they were working their way across the U.S. with a rental van..or two?? I went to a lotta concerts back then, I was living only two blocks from the Fillmore West and most of them I don't recall much, but I sure remember this one!!!

    I have thought about Edge's drumming. I think he is a lot like Ringo, in so much as perfect for this band. Especially Ringo in the Rain era. They didn't do a lot of straight forward rock and roll, so he plays more symphony style.. His sound is much more dynamic on the live cuts, On studio cuts, his mix is usually buried.

    • @rowantreahs2863
      @rowantreahs2863 10 месяцев назад

      There is a video here on RUclips where Pinder talks about Edge, saying he was once very rude to him. "You're just the drummer, so be quiet" or something like that. Pinder apologises for that in the interview.

    There simply wasn't a band musically to equal The Moody Blues in every department. Pinder: Top Piano Keyboard /Mellotron player (even advised the Beatles), Pinder also played guitar. Hayward: Top all round guitarist certain best acoustic guitarist and many copied his acoustic riffs including Beatles and ELO. He was the first electric guitarist to Shred and Scratch. Lodge: Voted worlds #1 bassist for several year running. Thomas: Had no one at that time equal to his flute playing and he could play any wind instrument Edge: Maybe not top drummer but a damn good one. They all could sing especially Pinder, Hayward, Thomas and Lodge, Edge could sing too. They all wrote songs, and song that meant something, and even mean some thing today and not just about copulation. And you could make out every word they sang crystal clear. The reason they were not even bigger in the UK is that they shunned the British musical establishment who in turn shunned them. Historical stuff: Hayward has one of the worlds most expensive guitars, his Moody Blue 1 off Gibson ES445 made specially for him by Gibson, hence the Blue Jays song "Blue Guitar". Value? easily 6 figures Pinder was part of the design team who made the mellotron Lodge vote No1 bassist 70,71,72.
