Hello @Mr_Jokerz7, the mod is called YARA - Yet Another Route Advisor, you can subscribe to it on steam here: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3108021077&searchtext=yara Also, in the description you have download an additional mod fix, due to the creator having some problems fixing the fuel gauge not working, so this additional mod fixes the fuel gauge.

Hello@chronomono003, that's the in-game voice, just go into the game in the audio setting you can choose if you want the male or female route advisor voice.
