When we backfill the column footing with sand so how does primary consolidation compelets by expulsion of pore water if the drainage path is not avalible in bottom and side walls in scavated area of footing so does the primary consolidation completes from explusion of pore water through capilary action towards above the sand layer and dry through sunlight...?????
