Oh Radiant Gaia! When you mentioned the elephant 🐘 my heart lept and eyes filled with the tears of joy. Let me share why. I was born in Brazzaville, Congo, like my father. Before colonialism, everyone and everything was known as God. My father once shared with my sister and me that his tribe considered the elephant King of the jungle. Not the lion. The elephant is very revered. They are highly emotional intelligent. The female elephant who invited you to touch her was a divine very meaningful connection. Should you ever return to that place, she and others, will come to greet you. And should you leave this incarnation before she does, she will weep as she is now and always connected to you. Elephants have a unique wisdom. Elephants and trees are very special to me. I feel their benevolence and love. wow this resonates. my grandaughter whose seven broke a branch off a tree I've been trying to establish, it was just an unconscious reaction on her part but I really told her off and she got so upset and ran away really sobbing. I thought later how Id really over reacted, because it really came across that the tree was more important to me than her.

I have been feeling a great resistance to the work and getting out of the house this weekend. Feelings of agitation and anger and i don’t know where it’s coming from. i attended a gathering/circle today even though i didn’t want to go. It was a reminder of the work im doing. i will listen to the meditations tonight even though a big part of me doesn’t want to .. again i don’t know why. thank you as always ❤ i love your adventures i would love to go on some too and stop limiting myself to my home.

I also felt a sense of vulnerability when you mention young girls in a hotel lobby. Protection of the vulnerable🐰 I always feel the feminine are under attack with it being Super Bowl Sunday here in the states

I have been feeling anger and upset for injustices at work but I work on acknowledging it and seeing it in a more positive light and helping others receive it in a less negative manner. Having dreams of my parents who have crossed and feeling the emotions I had then and working on healing my inner child. Light and love. 💫🤍

Thank you for this. I learned the hard way in medical school that if you neglect the inner child, the inner parent suffers also. I have since made the inner child a priority, and as I have become more present with my true self, my silly side soars in the best way and I experience more pure joy.

Hi I definitely need this my son has asked me to do different activities with him that are playful and i don’t do it as often as i should. My friend had a bday get together at the bouncy castle park and i took my son and a friend and i should have joined in i know i would have had fun. i remember i used to laugh so mulch and be silly and ive lost that along the way. however my oldest son always knows how to make me laugh .. our dry sense of humour … thank you again .. listening to this on my sunday night here in bermuda while i workout at the gym and will listen again tomorrow morning ❤🎉

Thank you Gaia 💚 I found myself in tears towards the end of this beautiful Monday mantra. As you spoke about going back to our childhood… I remember the feeling of just not being enough! I have worked so hard for many years healing this for myself and letting go of the hurt I have felt towards my mother in particular. I was a twin, however she was still born and brought forward our early birth. It was always told to me that I got all the food and she got none that’s why she died 😢😢😢 It only dawned on me not to long ago no wonder I had food issues growing up and never feeling good enough 😮 Along my spiritual journey I’ve heard that possibility we chose this for ourselves in spirit before birth and she is with me! It isn’t my fault! I’ve missed her my whole life 💚 As a mother of the most beautiful children; a son and daughter I show them so much love and gratitude that they chose me as their mother. This year is my year to celebrate me and live my life free from limitations. To believe in my dreams and do it from my heart, authentically with love 💕 I am so grateful to be here in this space with you Gaia 💜

Thank you! I watched your interview with Alex and started to follow you, so I’m new in your channel. I’m taking distance from one person but it has meant take distance from a whole group, it makes me feel a bit of guilt an wonder if I’m wrong but a strong feeling in my tummy keeps me away from her. I’ve been making lots of excuses to take distance by drifting away, I don’t want to be confrontational but at the same time I wonder if my duty is to be honest an explain why I’m taking distance. The reason is simple, I don’t like to be toyed around and that’s what that person does to me… thank you 🙏

Just watched you on next level soul I was blown away and really related to everything you spoke off. I absolutely loved that podcast and wrote things down and really came to the conclusions I need to heal my mothers ancestors energy line and release those emotions - can you do a talk on how to release those ancestors emotions/energy lines. The burdens is my mother and where she’s holding onto me and have for years since childhood I’m just realising this all now since that podcast you did and this video. “The opposite will hold true”… simple yet so often overlooked .. l think it curiously “Sherlockian”(it’s a word now🤭) to hypothesize opposing actions, inaction moreover .. not from a perspective of self sabotage, but as a light of motivation, even inspiration… What happens if we don’t? ..we don’t try, act, move, initiate? … RISK .. safety, comfort… for striving,achieving, purpose, raison d’être… Perhaps there will be no new infrastructure,truthful connections,direction… adventures… Don’t ask advice of those whom have never “Dived” from the height nor risked their plight.🦁✴️

Gaia, my journey to you is quite amazing. I was listening to some random podcasts a couple of days ago when I discovered you and it feels like you just activated something in me. My whole vision of the world has changed just because you resonated so much and so deeply. I guess your message arrived when I was ready to hear it. I’m incredibly grateful. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for this. Last week was my first Monday mantra and I loved it. Your question this week about what we are letting go resonated a lot. I had to give up on one of my biggest dreams because it had been eating me alive. Letting go was really painful but life on the other side of this decision was and is pure bliss. I will stop here for now as I don’t want to leave a loooong comment. Thanks for all you’re doing. Your presence is felt. And it is incredibly reassuring for someone like me. Somehow you feel incredibly familiar. Sending love from beautiful Costa Rica!
