It would be really useful that if the custom query was selected, Bricks offered a input field for custom arguments so that you could for example pass the author I'd over then you'd only need a single query to maintain. You mention custom post types, so could I set post type to mycustompost and it would return both the standard post fields as well as the custom fields?

this is indeed a great package and I did buy the premium as well. but any form I created or even used their templates, after pressing submit, it started the process then goes to a blank page and stays there 4 to 6 minutes and then shows submission confirmation. the payment never worked actually no matter how many times I double checked the stripe keys

Hey Bruce. I just saw this video because someone mentioned it in the Bricks FB community. One comment. I always use the WordPress function current_time('timestamp'). It takes into account the timezone setting in WordPress. date() is the based on the server time.

Hi very nice tutorial, congrats. I'm using font awesome to add and display icone via shortcode but without success. When using font awesome in custom post acf field i can display it without problem via a heading widget and pointing acf value. Can you please help or guide me to display correctly font awesome icon ?

I am not exactly following, so you are listing properties with their original photos and description from a real estate site or are you writing your own copy? What about the photos of the RE listing, where are you getting those? Please clarfiy its not clear here.

Tried this, have many CPTs set up but was using Posts for News articles only. Unfortunately when creating the form the News Posts field group doesn't show up, only the existing ones I had created previously. Will try setting up News Posts as a CPT instead and transferring them over.

Damn, I cheered up too soon.. Can't get it working with a custom ACF post type, tried both the post type key and the slug; Thing is, of course the code is correct, since it shows the thumbnail column for the "post" post type, but for my custom post type it does not. Also checked if support for Feature Image is on, and it is, even created a few items with uploaded featured imaged to them. Already rewached and revised the code many times, but can't figure out what's wrong. Any ideas?
