I do like Stop sticks due to the method of them stopping fleeing vehicles, except if your the Top one, what about spike strips? ( oh and why can't we use them on motorcycles? )

After viewing a lot of bluelight videos on YT, every poice car should have such things in the car and use it.

It is unfortunate when we see videos of officers throwing these at high speed vehicles when clearly if you just watch the video you should reel the stick back to you from a safe location
