We are Asension and Steve, and are based in Ripley. Derbyshire (UK). Just two average people planning our future together.
Asension is a Pinay (Filipina Lady) nurse who has worked and lived here in the uk for over 25 years, and I'm a grumpy, fat and ageing Yorkshireman. We decided to create a RUclips channel and share our videos with the world. We don't really take ourselves seriously, and so our uploads will be amateur. It's all about sharing our experiences with likeminded people, living our best lives, and of course, having some fun along the way.
Our long term plan is to buy land in the Philippines, build our retirement home, then move there within the next 5 years.
We intend to share every step of our journey with you all. From choosing a good location and buying our land, to designing and building our home.

So, today i went to work and took the viewers along with me. im going to show you my new machinery which was installed for one of the uk`s number 1 parcel delivery companies. how it all works, and how i got over 7000 parcels an hour to be separated into baskets for delivery to different locations within the uk.

Today, i went on a walk to explore the greenway near to our home. it used to be a railway line, but is now a place where you can walk and go for miles. I did not walk all of it because it was a very hot day here, but i want to share what i saw there.

Our first use of the new DJI Osmo pocket 3, filming our relaxing Sunday together in the garden. I cleared the rubbish which had sat there for over a year, then we did a little BBQ and soaked in the jacuzzi for a while. We are just getting used to the settings on our new camera, so the video is not the best. This is sort of a test on what it can do.

Ours it a Porchlite XL. It was with the van when we bought it.

Hi Versatec.. Thanks for subscribing, watching and of course for the comments. you are right of course.. I've gone from being a 25 year old para with a six pack, to a 57 year old balding fat bastard with a family pack.. 🤣 There is still a six pack hiding in there somewhere im sure.. If you have any advice on diet and such, im happy to take it on board. It doesn't help much when Asension keeps feeding me lots of great food and deserts. then of course, there's the beers. I know i could do with losing a few pounds, but the only pounds im losing lately are the ones in my wallet. Seriously though, thanks for the comment, i read every one of the ones here, and try to reply when i can. and if you can help with some diet advice, then its gratefully received. It looks great! I came back inside about 20 minutes ago, walking about and capturing the video. I didn't really do too much, just point and shoot. I'll start reading up on it to see all of its capabilities. Beautiful garden! I love all the plants that I'm seeing. Videoing some of my gardens is precisely what I was filming during my tour.
Well, initially we are impressed with its portability and build quality. Today, we relaxed in the garden together and tried out some of its features. The face tracking is brilliant when on a tripod which follows the subject nearly 360 degrees. Also I love the fact you can control the camera remotely on the mimo app from your phone. The video from today is currently uploading and should take around an hour. Then we will all find out what the quality is like in 4k. It’s liable to take an hour or two on RUclips before 4k can be viewed, but we are excited to see the footage. Ps, we subscribed to your channel. Great videos of the wildlife and cute squirrels. Where are you located?
Congratulations! I got the same camera yesterday. They did not have the creator package, so I picked it up locally and bought the regular camera. I also got the Go Pro Hero 12. I'm looking forward to using both with my channels. It's my first time getting DJI products. I set both cameras up last evening and purchased the two-year warranty for DJI's camera. I have yet to have a chance to use them. I should get the opportunity today.

@@UK-PINAY I'm finally able to relax a bit and try it out. What are your initial thoughts? I purchased it because I saw so many favorable reviews, and I'd like to avoid bringing my bulky camera to some events I'd like to record. I forgot to add that I love all the plants I see outside. I have many gardens on our property and am especially fond of vining plants.

That was one of our very first videos. Since then we have bought a GoPro, drone, and mics. Going forwards the videos will get better. We all have to start somewhere.. thanks for the comment and feedback.,👍🏻

What are the specs of your wheels? Size and width? Thanks
they are 16" modular steel rims with a 0 offset. then the tyres are 305/70/16 Comfosers. It has a 2" Brute status lift kit, and then Old man emu medium duty springs and shocks all round which give it a little more height. Thanks for the comment mate..
