I am right there with you, well maybe a couple of years ahead. I semi retired back in 2018 and joined my husband on the road for his job. I joined Scentsy back in 2020. We move about every 6 to 7 months to a new job location and I feel as though I start everything over again. Working on more authentic outreach to keep in contact with those we meet from place to place.

I feel ya Cassie!! I deal with depression and anxiety. Sometimes I feel like I’ve lost who I am. I’m not just mom and wife. My business is slowly progressing. I struggle with consistency. With tidying up your office, for new consultants etc perhaps jst have the basics like what they get in their join kit, and a couple of other examples. Sometimes less is more!

How do you tell your customers that you can't send out happy mail anymore because you aren't getting a return on it?

Add in perimenopause and I'm a hot mess express lately. Every market is different... but I'm finding right now that if I'm showing "money saving" ideas (aka bundles) or if I do up a cute little gift bundle (aka putting a room spray an scent circle in a little cute wrapped package), or show how you can use the Whiff Box and make cute gifts out of the contents is REALLY working for me right now. People seem to really want to see the value and how to stretch their $$. Hope this helps some 💚

Let's go, round 2! I would love there to be improvements for shipping, globally. NZ has issues, costs and waiting times, but looks like we are not the only country to have the issues too. Myself and my sister who joined under me have prepped an extra borrow basket/basket party for if we get a new teamie to join, they get to borrow the borrow basket until their kit arrives 👍 Saying prv instead of dollars is brilliant 👏 👌

Oh Patty love you so much! One of my sisters in chch was a top selling tupperware & Avon direct sales person for years! Not my thing either! I love all things that smell and look good so I also found my thing with Scentsy 😊

I am hitting 6 years this month. I am like you Michelle, I thought I needed to do all the things and totally burnout here to. I really do just that personal connection. My customers are mostly local and give them extra goodies when they pick up their orders. I had to pivot when I started caretaking for my parents. I can’t do deliveries like I did when I started. I do personal shopping links more than anything. I so needed this as I have been and still get burnout trying to think I have to do all the things. Much love to you and thank you!! 🫶🏻

I absolutely love the raw honesty in your podcasts! I so want to do all the things... I tried the mailings every month but it didn't help my sales any... I'm stuck on an average of 1500 PRV a month (which is amazing) but my customers just enjoy me keeping in touch and making personal connections. They don't need the glitter or mail outs or stickers etc... 95% of my customers are local so I do extra samples in their deliveries and that means so much more to them. I'm really trying to not focus on what others are doing... Just keep my "blinders" on and just doing my own thing. I'm only 2 years in and have been so fortunate to do as well as I have. You guys hit every nail on the head tonight 💚💚

Scentsy being your happy place.... THIS 👏. I work a full time job and 2 part time jobs then I have Scentsy as well. When I'm in my mush brain or just absolutely drained from the full time job Scentsy trainings are my go to!!!! I'm so glad I'm not alone!

I'll be at 505 PRV by Friday. I'm really trying to get myself out there and am trying for my big goal of 2500 PRV this month 🤞Absolutely love the 5 minute rule!! I'm really working on focusing on actual activities that generate sales... not just "organizing" or "cleaning".
