I was in the historic Spanish city of Caceres just after the WOMAD festival had happened in May 2023. There was a large street market in one area of the city and these musicians were performing within it. I'm not sure who is the star of this particular show!

This was taken mostly from the road bridge on the first day of the weekend slalom event, when the kayakers were mostly children and ados from the local clubs. The heats for the pros were held the next day (Sunday 26th). I shot this on a JVC Everio which is probably 10 years old now, and edited it in similarly ag-ed Magix software.

11th December 2010, Bristol Harbourside. Steam-powered carousel with Gavioli organ. Carousel built Norwich 1895, organ built Paris 1900, gallopers Bristol 1910 (according to board on carousel).

Ha, I didn't know that carrousels in the UK rotated clockwise. In the US it's vice versa. On a side note, this carrousel sounds exactly like the one I used to ride... It's really too bad that it was torn down. :(
