people slept on fa7th for ages even before buffs last year and this year it was nimble did solid build stun rotation had a charge stun good downswing w balancers and its dmg bs bases was only topped by the super gundam i fucking love that suit to death its so good in the right hands its not funny

Considering how melee damage is a universal thing when in cannon you'd need things like extra armor or molecular disruption resistance to actually resist it, melee really feels overtuned a lot of the time. Case in point: a heatrod and heatsword combo just cut this Nacht's legs off and did halfbhis health. Nachts, like most low cost raids, having high melee resistance.

They counted on the stun way too much

ill tackle melee swing hits me i still take dmg w s up it staggers them no parry they tackle ive been done w my melee animation for 5 sec and they tackled like a whole 2 suits wide in the wrong direction i get parried seriously f bandai for how absolutely lazy a f they are w this game love as i do its being dragged by how apathetic and generally disdainful of the western customers they are

Honestly in my experience it feels like if there's even an errant pixel of height difference between the two of you, tackles just flat out won't work. I've never even gotten a space tackle before, they all just bounce off

Tackles: Hit's enemy mid-melee animation: Still takes damage: Enemy just staggers back: Get's killed regardless. Yeah, that's GBO2 for ya. Especially if you're playing support.

I think they should have a mode where everyone starts as infantry and if you get a kill streak, you can drop a air strike or have a mobile suit drop, like Titanfall

My all-time favorite Zeon slidey MS the Dwadge. That downswing is absolutely addicting to hit man. If only they gave the animation to the ReZEL. Why? Cause it did it in the anime and because without that flair, I won't be getting in melee range willingly. But this thing sparks joy. Especially with the new grenades and buffs. Makes me happy to play it. Then I hit rated and remember what game I'm playing.

Literally the most broken fat man in the game aside from Xeku Xeku coming to steal all your pizza.

Amazing footage. I got this bad boy on the opening of the steam release, was pretty fun fumbling around with it before better people than me realized it has no stun resistance on the ground, and at 650 cost there's heavy stuns everywhere. Still a really charming suit, though. Hope it gets a buff within the next century :')
