These stories and the cardboard gems that represent the fabled,...the legendary,...and the iconic, will whisk you gracefully into another era, where the smell of antique cardboard and stale bubblegum will soothe your busy mind and provide fulfilling emotional health and general well-being. Thanks! 1971 was the first year I remember having a lot of baseball cards. I recognized many, many of the cards! Incidentally, I'm from the D, and remember the local buzz for the game, too.
