The editing out of the tripod or whatever you were carrying wasn’t done well. I also am a Realtor and do my own 360 virtual and videos, I didnt think anyone else was doing videos so kudos to you!

hey mate which 360 camera you film this tour with? I am thinking about doing similar thing in my area. The images look so sharp and clean! Do you need to put extra light in it?
I use. this with Insta360 ONE RS 1" with wireless mics. I also do 3D Matterport Interactive Virtual Tours
How do you add text tho? Where do we edit after exporting from insta 360 studio?

It's been awhile since this was posted, so I'm curious - has this taken off? I really like the idea, but I'm curious if real estate agents have "bitten" or if it hasn't gone very far?
Love it! Never thought of shooting one with locked off angles before. I feel that it looks much better vs walking around with a 360 camera as it causes a lot of warped perspectives

Once you have equirectangular footage tou can edit in your favorite editor.
