FINALLY FINISHED THIS PIECE!!! Been doing this on ms paint for like a month, on and off, and it was a nightmare but it's finally done I AM FREE AT LAST!!!
I'm very sorry this is so jank like I said I was working on this on and off, my laptop crashed a bunch and saving it merges the layers :[ (Yes I was using ms paint layers, I'm weak shut up /lh)
Also side note: sorry the thumbnail kinda ugly but like I like it, it's jank arcade core in here
Anyways this is Nebula Cassiopeia, they're an 25 "earth years" alien cow using They,It,Thing,Universeself prns and it's my fav oc rn :]
