I judge only by this video. But, looks like headrest is too much forward. Maybe you changed lumbar support to go backward enough? If so, that is a good point. Many chair's headrest is too much forward. Should be able to adjust headrest backward and forward like hinomi h1pro v2, or hbada e3. But, I don't like how to adjust armrest hight of hinomi h1 pro v2. And armrest of hbada e3 does not go backward enough. Hmm, when can I see almost perfect chair...

What a nightmare to assemble! I got the Pro E7L corner desk and the holes drilled in the desk make 0 sense. The holes are not labeled, the instructions provided and this video do not make sense for the product delivered. What a headache!!!

Is there improved stability on the E5, compared to the E2? Limited budget but I would jump to the E5 if it improves it even a little.

I just bought the E5QB and the DT1808-Black tray, the pre-drilling is not made for this model. Can someone tell me how many cm I have to drill my 180X80 cm tray so that I can correctly place the external screws of the support plate? For the price paid, it's a big disappointment, I'm not ready to recommend this brand!

I came to this video in hopes to aleviate my frustration trying to follow the worst instruction manual I've ever seen in my life..... Only to be met with the worst video tutorial I've ever seen in my life...... Like... bro, wtf were yall thinking?! Like... I have truly.. NEVER been more frustrated assembling ANYTHING in my ENTIRE LIFE! I am not joking... I am not trolling... I am fully 100% serious about this post... Do better... To market products at the prices you do with such a shamelessly lackadaisical attitude toward the customer experience by producing actual dog shit for instructions is truly infuriating.. This alone is something that I wholeheartedly believe will actively drive away customers to ever purchase again. Instructions are important.. So treat them as such, and MAKE THEM BETTER. Talk, explain, camera angles that actually show us wtf is going on, etcetera! Jeezus! 😡

a minimum height of 24.4" does not accommodate a 4'6" tall person. I am 5'9 and i need the desk to go down to 24" so someone shorter needs it lower than that

The print instructions are way confusing. This video helps but still could go into a little more detail on saying that the crossbar should stay loose and to adjust it later on. As well as show the holes that are on the table. Had to unscrew and rescrew a few times cuz I had stuff wrong.

Context: without the internet and grifters, shift up wouldn’t be public at all. Tencent owns the studio btw.

Hey FlexiSpot, I understand the saving costs of producing an adjustable frame, but a lack of holes in the desktop and the perplexingly broad instructions create bottlenecks for those having to actually put it together. Do better for your consumers please.

Why I’m done but one side is a lil higher than the other ? Even after lifting it up it’s not balanced.

Annoyingly this doesnt say in the manuel to twist it, it only says to insert it. Now ill probably have to disassemble the whole thing just to get it right

I'm currently installing mine and after loosenign the grub screws for length adjustment i find that the frame seems to be stuck, i cant pull it
