Raw garage covers
Добавлен 17 ноя 2022
Raw, unfiltered, unedited, dirty covers of different artists and songs and practice routines taped early Saturday mornings in the garage. Audio and video are sketchy at best. I’ve taped every one of these videos quickly after i learned to play them. The Majority sound much better today. Im Just looking for the
next fun song to play.❤️

I have since figured out a much better position for my crappy camera mic. Sorry for the audio on this one
Thanks
🔥🔥🔥
Thanks. Such a fun song to play
👍
How the sausage is made
@@FrankDrums92 grinding it out?
Congrats
Great job you are killing it 👏
Pradiddle diddles. I’m still working on them myself. Check out Alex Slaven. Great RUclips channel. In my opinion, he is the best at it. Good luck
I like it..gonna give it a go...thx
Epic kit! Cymbals look as clean as your chops sound
Thanks a lot!
Sick! You should enter the iRock Drum Contest!
Ha! Maybe if they have a senior division. Thanks. I pay attention to you and a bunch of artists you've subscribed to on you tube. Youve come a long way in a couple years. Good luck with the journey!!!
👍🏻♥
Better than me.
Hey man, cool kit and a nice rythm! I don't know if you edit your videos at all, but if you would cut away the first few seconds where you start the camera and are still sitting down, i think that would be a great improvement to your videos! Cheers!
I dont even know how to edit these videos. I started putting this stuff out so I would have something to show a potential band or player my skill level. I know the audio/video is garbage but Im more focused on practicing chops and rudiments than the fine details. But I agree 100% with what youre saying
Use a click it will help
My click is unfortunately on the device I’m using to video. I hear you though. All a work in progress sir
And thank you for the advice. It will help
Almost got it. Just lower the volume on the ghosties. Easier said than done.
Noted, and will be working on it. Thanks
Lower?? Hell no man Definitely don't play those ghost notes even softer.
Cant tell you enough what a great tip that was. Im just about 2 years getting back into drumming seriously and am my own instructor. That ghost note tip is and will be very helpful going forward. Its a skill im working on currently and wanted to say thank you
Just posted an updated version. Thank you again
I see the man’s resemblance there
First off, thanks, secondly, I’m not even close to resembling that man but I’m working hard. From the same home town, Sam kind of background with Rochester drum corps and blue collar upbringing. He is top 5 all time in my book
Hell yeah
Damn dude that's really good
Thanks. I would love to spend more time studying him but other fish to fry at the moment
man I love the sound of Zildjian K's
well done \m/
Thanks. I enjoy playing that song a lot. Sorry for the audio
So awesome
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Great stuff! However I remember a guy saying he played it wrong for a long time when he saw he was missing a symbol hit.. Neil does that top tom all the way down - he hits a symbol half way down - my OCD thinks you did the same. No disrespect, just another Professor doing sneak magic in what he did. @ 2:40 (I may be wrong) - Anyways - bloody brilliant mate, keep it up.
There were actually 2 sections in that song I didn’t play exactly like the record. “Raw, unedited, dirty covers”. Just having fun. Thank you for the comment sir
❤great job
Awesome!
❤
Not Steve. 😁
nice pic of tunes, bro. Well done. Still need some cow bell, tho
