Hope you enjoy my (amateur) explanation of the Gust Suppression System on the Boeing 787-8. This is used to make a smoother ride during turbulence, and is completely automated.

Part 2 of a video I took on my AA 787-8 flight MAD to DFW a couple weeks back. I'm an (amateur) Av Geek so thought I would dabble in a video of some light Turbulence, with a brief explanation of what it is and what causes the aircraft to move. Hopefully this helps nervous flyers in some small way.
