Last vlog I said that I was going to put down a personal best and I did with a split of 55.3 on my 4x400m relay. Even though the 200m didn't go as plan I still went out there and gave it my all. Hello everyone! I was so excited to compete in this competition, but it did not go as planned. I'm now left with both of my hamstrings strained sadly. Moreover, I will continue to work on strengthening my legs and working towards my main goals in this sport.

As I said in the other video you were deffo gonna medal you were literally in third place and then you fell 😭but even tho you fell you still ran a very good race in terms of how you closed the gap on the persons ahead of you but I know you'll come back better and stronger big up from Jamaica
Seeing the relay from the opposite side of the bleachers gives us a different perspective of the relays
