What is the difference in the data in genie.cbioportal and just cbioportal?
genie.cbioportal.org hosts data from the AACR GENIE consortium as well as a few other studies. The major difference is that data in genie.cbioportal.org require users to agree to some terms of use prior to access, while cbioportal.org does not.
What bioportal companies? Anyone can define
