@@Onsitego_official Highly unprofessional company, I have an certificate which is issued by your compnay and in that clearly mentioned that from 25th February 2021 to 25th February 2023 Warranty will be provide by the Manufacturer (by Hitachi company) and from 25th February 2023 to 24th February 2025 Warranty will be provide by us (Onsitego company). This certificate is not printed by me.

Service request number 240525-001514 (Lloyd AC) .. We complained 10 days ago about the ac, your servicemen came and did partial repairs and it has been a week since then. Nobody is acknowledging our concern and every day we a hear a new excuse either the technicians are enroute to our place or the other. If anything happens to anybody at our place your company will be accountable for it. If it is not repaired till tomorrow we will issue an article in the newspaper about your services.
