Thanks for vid but pixels not showing when I zoom in to anchor point at start of vid. 😕
Go to View > Show > Pixel Grid. Make sure it's ticked. Also try working with a rastarized shape (not a smart object)
@@mbacreates thanks 🙏 Worked once all the way afterwards first time I tried then when tried to do it a few hours later again it wouldn't let me put a "/" in the angle for the 360/72 so just entered 5° but then everytime I did the CTRL+SHFT+ALT+T repeatedly each line every 5° kept getting longer and longer as it went around extending further and further outside the circle 😕

Hi sir quick question, would you be able to draw a rectangle over the harbour view png and reduce the opacity of the rectangle. Then use a mask of a circle for the telescope to achieve the same effect? Rather than having a dimmed and undimmed layer???
Absolutely, but you will to make sure the outer ring follows the mask
