First i would say to obviously learn to do it in normal speed. then from that, try to learn crosshair placement. And maybe practice triple edits and some retakes. Also maybe look up some mechanics to learn and if possible get control freaks it really helped me go from stiff controller to literally gliding across the screen like a kbm player. Hope this helps!! Really think you have potential!
