      All cars have been built to the same NGTC regulations. (BTCC and STCC too) 2.0 turbo-charged direct injection unit and Xtrac 6 speed sequential-shift gearbox.

      Toyota made the GR Yaris to be modded, there is an insane official aftermarket parts in Japan and they promote other manufacturers. So ye GR Yaris was born to be modded. Saying that is not understanding the spirit of the car.

    Was this from one of Motorbase's private testing days? If so, how do you find out about these and do you have to pay to get in on these days?

      This was from a BTCC Pre-season test day, so most of the teams were there. They haven't been announced yet for this year but i expect you'll see them on BTCC's social media pages. This particular event was a £5 donation to charity on the gate.
