Hey Dan! Just stumbled on this vid and I love how carefully you chose the words :D I try to do the same too :) I know it's been 4 years already and have no idea if you ever gave it another shot or if you have ever ventured into veganism again. But as a vegan myself, allow me to please share a few thoughts. 1) You might have heard this already, but veganism is not a diet. It's a way of living which seeks to exclude any form of any intentional animal exploitation whether it's in food, entertainment, experimentation etc etc. Which most people would probably agree to, until it means they might need to change something - and you cared to change, at least for a period of time! 2) I did experience some of the side effects you mentioned. I researched. Seeked professional help, and solved them. So I invite everyone to do the same. 3) If you agree we should not be exploiting animals, given that they're sentient beings capable of pain and joy, and given that we can live healthy with the right choices. Then I believe that even if your athletic performance has decreased despite all efforts (!!), I think an animal's life is still more significant than me wanting to lift more weight (for example). I do not need to lift that weight, I just want it. Hope this makes sense and I'm of course willing to clarify if needed. Would be curious to see if you ever tried to actually go vegan for real - animals deserve it :)

I have been struggling with this for a while now and each time I relapse I constantly beat the shit out of my self over it and completely loose all hope. I was in one of those stages but watching this video really taught me to keep fighting and to not loose hope or give up over a slip up. I thank you for giving me the motivation to pick back up the fight and I hope you are currently fairing well in this battle as well ❤️
