Yet another cover I have done in the past, but this time its actually good. Sound is better, drum parts are closer to the studio version, etc. I am super stoked to FINALLY have a take that i am happy with, and (in my opinion) one of the best drum mixes i've ever had. Enjoy!

This has got to be the most technical song I have ever covered, in terms of playing and editing haha. I had well over 8 audio tracks in my software trying to get it to sound it's best. Monté el EAD 10 en el hi hat con una abrazadera de Yamaha. El número de pieza es CSAT924. Puedes encontrarlo en el sitio web de Yamaha. Lo siento por mi mal español, todavía estoy aprendiendo.

Can you do an update tutorial on the yamaha ead10/ and also where did you get the snare mic and cable? plz do a tutorial 🙏🏽
Hey! The most recent tutorial on my channel is the most up to date one for the EAD10! I’m actually not using a snare mic, all I have on my snare is a Roland RT-30H trigger, with a generic 1/4” cable connecting it to the EAD module. For this cover specifically, I had the trigger turned off, so I wasn’t using it at all! All I’m using to get my drum sound is a mix of the EAD, and my camera audio from up in the ceiling!

why is the snare like perfectly tuned 😭
I saw someone on Reddit saying you can connect the EAD10 module to an audio interface by getting 2 1/4” cables going from the L and R outputs on the module to the interface. I would rather do that instead of plugging the printer cable into the computer USB, but will do that as a last resort. Do you think plugging in the L/R outputs into an audio interface would work? Thank you for this video it was really helpful!
It would work either way! USB or 1/4” outputs. If you’re using the 1/4” you may only need one output though :)

I’m a little confused as to what you mean here, are you referring to the “delay” scenes?

At the end when you said it can’t capture auxiliary audio only Audio from the module.. can you explain what that means?
You can’t capture audio from the aux input on the back of the module AND capture your drum audio at the same time. It’s one or the other.
They suck horrible product, They do not stick well, When they don't stick they give so much drum cancellation sounds like a plastic bucket. I like evans heads Though.
Mabe your just using them wrong..., cause all you have to do is run it over warm water, and they stick like any normal dampeners..
Also the maximum you need for a snare is two, if you have a cheaper snare drum that has alot of over tones the absloute maximum i would say is 4...

Ive got all the cables but have an Android mobile. Ive read on forums..... people having problems with the EAD10 connected to Android phone's. Freezing , not hearing sound properly, music and drums not being recorded. This thing costed $600 , do i need an iPhone to use a free programme ? If that is the case i will sell it.
I unfortunately don’t have an answer for you. Try some troubleshooting if it doesn’t seem to work for you. If you have any specific questions feel free to ask here. Best of luck!
Same man, only having problems with it. My problem is, if I want to record, the drum sound is eally thin and awful. I hear my drums perfectly with the headphones on, but the recording is not what I hear... I feel like I tried every possible setup (except DAW, I dont have one) but nothing works. The drum recording also sound always the same, no matter which scene I am using.
@@MadMarco wow I haven't yet got to that point. I know there is a way and il do a proper video because there isn't 1 on YT about Android users recording thier drums with thier fav tracks ? Others have worked it out but not 1 review of how to properly. Don't worry bro.
Are you recording it through a USB cable that’s plugged into the phone? Or are you recording another way?
@@tony_drumms Dude I still haven't tried to record via the Android. It's that I've tried to find a little bit of detailed info on how to exactly use the thing with rec n share or moises ......but there isnt 1 video explaining exactly what steps or cables are required exactly. How is music then recorded with you playing your fav songs on video with android mobiles ? Sorry if I come across sounding rude , it's frustrating spending $600 and then finding out that it may not work with Android 🤔 No video exists in detail........only for Apple .I bought an Apple ipod now I find out the ipod nano only works with ITunes , what is happening here? I love it's features that can't be used with Android ? I would just love to see a person show and explain how and what ! 🤷♂️

I bought mine yesterday and my bass drum is sounding too much. I'm not using the trigger, just the microphones and it's too loud. Do you have any possible explanation?
Sorry for the delay on a response!! I don’t really have an explanation for that one. All you’d be able to do is to lower the bass frequencies in an EQ after recording.
I’m very surprised after a year, you never heard of Yamaha’s Rec’n’Share App. It’s made for merging your recorded drums while recording video. 🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ Yes, Moises is great for creating drumless tracks. 👍🏻

Hey! I sure am! I made my own preset. 1 click on studio reverb, full bass drum trigger on rock, and ~%40 on my snare trigger. I also do some EQ on my own in my DAW :)
