What is he even trying to say? I can’t even guess it doesn’t make any sense. Starlink can be restricted by the US government in an emergency or time or war. They can geolock it and set new encryption to hand out to the military and potentially other groups while everyone else is restricted from use. That gives an additional communication method that works globally for remotely manned aircraft and even missile control or drones. But if China does use Starlink it’s only useful in a time of peace AT BEST, and that’s assuming high amounts of military use by China won’t raise restrictions by Starlink at the order of the US government or even on its own decision. So wasting money using it as a method of communication is absolutely retsrded as it will get blocked in a time of war or even manipulated to take control of Chinese jets. The only other possibility I can think is that China has sensors and they can somehow predict Starlink signal exactly as it transmits, record that signal accurately, and interpret the signal changes to locate or identify someone. But that frankly doesn’t make sense the signals don’t work like that in those wavelengths and the complex math would be impossible even if I did record things. So what we are left with is China is making its military assets and vehicles dependent upon a ‘potentially US government controlled‘ communication system because they can’t make their own. This means that they are putting their systems all under the control and will of the US government if a war were to start.

Ukraine's Jets, from The mirage 2000f, do they have F-16S, if they get Euro fighters, Griffin's, and they're Russian Air Force fleet all of them will have specific jobs to do, and all of them will watch over each other's back, it is an integrated air force with each plane have Pacific jobs, Ukraine won't tell the world what their jobs are, so the Russians will not know what their jobs are, the Russian Air Force knows how to fight Ukraine's Russian aircraft, they may not how to fight The mirage Jets, definitely don't know how to fight the Griffin Jets, and I'm not sure if they know how to fight the F-16S, I also do not know if they know how to fight the Euro fighter, this will keep the Russian Air Force off-balance so they won't know what they're fighting until they get into the fight, if they get any other kinds of jets, say from Japan, South Korea they may not know how to fight them, North Korean pilots that are training in Russia, may know how to fight the South Korean Jets, but not the Japanese Jets, they are like the f-16s, but different and Superior, so if Japan was to give say 30 of them to Ukraine, that would play hell with the Russian Air Force. The same number for the South Korean Jets, my feeling is the jet is going to cause the Russian Air Force the most headache, are the Griffins, so whatever number they get from Sweden as long as they can have a flight in the air whenever needed and at least two on the on the ground that will help Ukraine take it to the Russian Air Force.

The 302 is a good vehicle for difficult terrain, how ever, it’s old and there is reasons why it was replaced with CV 90’s in Sweden. It will most likely not be a top of the line frontline combat vehicle, but will serve well as a battle taxi for rotating soldiers, supplies and transportation of wounded soldiers.

PBV302 was not a replacement for M113. It replaced the PBV301. Sweden tested M113 in the 60s and it was not good enough so they design the superior PBV302.

Let's be honest, it's not a game changer. Although modernized, it is 60 years old. It will serve well as transport to/from the battlefield. It may also provide 20 mm support for infantry, but it is not a tank hunter and it is not indestructible. The 20 mm gun originally comes from the old figther jet J29 Tunnan, and that is cool!
