hi sir after i factory reset wifi is not showing up. what might be the problem?

Sir may katanungan lang sana ako, ung MXQ PRO po kasi namin bigla nalang nag stuck up pag nag play ng any youtube videos. dati hnd naman po ganito. ano po kaya ang naging problema nito? nakaka connect naman po siya sa wifi at nakaka pag download, pero sa youtube nag stuck up siya after ilang minutes pag nag play ng youtube videos...paki sagot nalng po thank you.
