To people saying they dont smell it do you have the air blowing through the vents that the clip is on? Serious question lol cause that's what needs to be done. If you have done that already and cant smell it then see about a refund. My girl has a few of them, two of those basic black ones and two that slide onto the visors(I cant smell the one on the visor). I know no one cares lmfao I'll be ahight🤣🤣🤣 also no. They're not all being used at once only one vent and one visor, if anyone read this and sensed a wonder (if that makes sense to yall)
Mine has not been working since I purchased it about 2 weeks ago. The crazy thing is I have the exact same scent (3 of them) and the plain black holder. I shouldn't have to look at a video just to get my car smelling good. Please fix Bath & Body Works
I bought this EXACT same scent, and I can't smell anything unless I have my nose on it. It's too bad because it's a good masculine smell, but it doesn't work. I'll just stick to the Little Trees Black Ice.
Mine just don’t seem to work at all. It’s been in my car -installed just like you showed-over a month with no smell and no evaporation of the oil. How is it supposed to dissipate when it’s totally closed up? The only time I get a whiff is when I stick my nose right in it. I love the scents I got -lavender/watermelon lemonade and island something but I need MORE SCENT for goodness sake! I’m not alone I know -I’ve seen hundreds of people say the very same. WTH is up with these things? All BBW says is we’re sorry it didn’t work please come in and exchange it. Methinks they need to change the design or something.
YA it’s not strong enough imo, i normally use the febreeze old spice one and those make my car smell good IMMEDIATELY but the bathandbodyworks one just isn’t strong enough

If I could get an answer to this question I would be so happy! I’ve tried the soft part facing out, the soft part on the inside so the air hits it first, I can’t tell a difference either way and I can’t get a straight answer anywhere on the internet. Lol
Does the pet that clips to the vent come with the black thing cause mine doesn’t have that 😐
The only time mine works is when I have the heater on full blast.
She put it in the wrong way, soft part has to be facing the fan. Works great!
I actually did a hole on it in order to smell work pretty good,I made it on the top side so it won't be leaking
