Ahmed Moneka and his ensemble played last night at Hermann's Jazz Club in Victoria, BC. Their first visit to our city, and it was SOLD OUT! Incredible mastery of their instruments, every one of them, and such a beautiful rapport with each other and the audience. Ahmed is right, this is what is going to save the world. Peace through music. One of the most energetic and uplifting concerts I have ever attended.
