Mine is actually 2GB ram and 32GB rom as advertised. We have the same hardware SOC which is AC8227L quadcore 32-bit processor. The store advertised it as Android 13 but the actual android version is 12. It is a Mekede brand. Don't know why they don't just put the real android version in System Info. Maybe your unit is of the remaining stocks that are not sold. They edited the hardware specs info just to attract the buyers. It is actually not a fake Android head unit, they are only faking the informations to attract buyers. They are the old stocks. And they are really slow bec they are still using old hardware from 2016.

Does anybody know anything about the screen turning black and not coming back on. Hold down the reset button the screen will turn on but as soon as I let the reset button, go it turns off.

I've just installed a EKIY T7 on my 2010 Venza. But.... When I turn the car on (not the engine) the unit is working. But when I hit the ignition the unit powers off. Do you know what the issue might be? After I saw the problem I disconnected everything but the power cable (second harness with RCA, 4g, GPS, etc.), and the problem remains. Please help!

If this doesn't work and you don't need your canbus, you can always remove the canbus or check if there is a splitter that connects to the unit and to the canbus. If its from unit to canbus to power then its fine but not both canbus and head unit

I have upgraded my android car head unit from 7.3.9 to 8.0.1 recently from xyauto but the problem is that the interface is chinese. as per your guidance, somehow i managed to get rid of chinese but the OS is not allowing any google app. I searched to get eng version but failed. Later, I wished to get back to 7.3.9 but system is not allowing to revert back. Is there any process to get back the 7.3.9 ? please guide me. thanks a lot with waiting for your reply. Regards.
