Very good. But how I can animate the mask at moving background?
For that you have to key frame the shape of the mask manually.

what was the point of duplicating the video clip when it does nothing?
If you watch clearly, the color key removed some parts from the ground as well, so to get that back, I duplicated the layer, removed the color key and masked the ground.
