U need a video of how to change the cog? It came with my kit from yall. Is that something that should be changed often as well?
The video quality is very poor and hard to follow. I ordered blade drives from you and just now realized i now need to find grease? The Opal is so expensive, now i feel a little regret getting it.
and the fact that if you just want to vuy the grease the shipping is still fifteen dollars! rediculous!!

Would my blade lever also need to be replaced if my opals keep stopping mid groom even when the batteries are fully charged or have 2 bars left of battery life, too? I keep having this new issue now with my opals.

I was told I do not need to replace the blade drive. As the Opal’s do not have one. I just thought you had to replace the lever. Where can I buy a replacement blade drive

Why won’t my blade snap in place after I get the hinge on?
I’m having the same issue. I’ve spent an hour and a half trying to figure this out, taking it apart and putting it back together. I’m ready to throw them out the window

The audio is pretty clear although there is background noise. We have added subtitles and will make sure to do so in the future whenever possible!
My senior rescue Shih Tzu has decided no more full size A5 clippers. So the Oster A5 and the Andis 5 speed and my A5 blades and clipper combs are now retired. Got these and haven't tried them yet as I have been using my Laube hair pen and the Joyzzee mini hornet. Still want to get the Heininger mini and the Aesculap Akkurata.
Why do my clippers still sound loud after doing this? Could it be my blades instead?

where does one get the grease? or at least what should i look for?
It usually comes in very large containers, but you only need a small amount so we have made them available! www.petstore.direct/product/heiniger-scoop-of-grease/
How often should we do this?
When needed, just depends on your use but typically every 1-3 months. You will know you need a new drive if you see reduced blade performance, blade lines in the coat, or if your blades seem dull or blunt even when they aren't. These can be caused by other issues too, but are a good indicator.
@@petstoredirect I’ve been having issues with mine not wanting to start, it almost “revs” up before it’ll stay on. Is this another indication this needs changed or is there something else going on? I’ve already had it serviced once because it was doing this a week after receiving them but I was never told what needed to be fixed.
