Hey what's going on bud and to answer your question Yes it is, you just need to complete the iron horse raid once to obtain the projects for future initiative and foundry bulwark once those are completed you will have a high end project to complete then comes the final project for the regulus and you will have to complete the iron horse raid the next week on reset tuesday to finish the project to be able to craft the regulus.
