The three minute rule has been in place for many years. They gave Mr. Swanson adequate time, and it is the same time allotted to all. He was actually given more than the three minutes, but said nothing of value. Mr Swanson is one of a small group of conspiracy minded citizens that believe that our local election offices have been corrupted. This group has harassed and intimidated these county employees. Mr Swanson has filed multiple opens records request, all of which have revealed absolutely nothing. Members of this group have been known to go dumpster diving behind the county commission office. They then declared that their bags of shredded material were apparently "proof" that records had been destroyed. He is not new before the County Commission. It was his night however, to go down in the annuals of joining Serpentfoot in this august and elite club.

It’s a violation of law for the county attorney to block giving Open Records Requests that were ordered over 2 years ago why is she hiding the truth??? They wouldn’t let him talk because he knows the truth of what the corruption he has uncovered

Welcome to Floyd County Georgia. This county is so corrupt, just look at how many times the police have messed with evidence on cases. Not to mention the rampant racism plaguing the county.
