Using rings for binding can be convenient when you might want to add more pages. I have an art journal like that and I add more pages from time to time.

Yes, the Indian Files still exist. If you take a picture of it from her screen (I use gyazo) and search that picture with google lense (on windows pc right click the picture, scroll down to google lense) they will come up for purchase.
