Great lecture. The thing about LFCN for lateral approach os that sometimes the incision goes a bit higher and also relies on cluneal nervos, ratoeira than just LFCN. Any thoughts on that?

Unfortunately, this is limited information. It does not reveal the nightmares for thousands. It does not speak of the recalls. It does not show the fact that Medtronic's gives kickbacks to doctors that talk patients into getting them. But turns their back, when we are left to suffer.

The advantage of an adductor canal block over a femoral nerve block is the motor sparing feature. If the NVM is identified at least partially by nerve stimulation (motor response), how does this retain that advantage?

How can I collect it in Bangladesh.

So if you are using a mixture of liposomal bupivacaine for the adductor canal and NVM, does that mean you are not placing a catheter in the adductor canal? If you are placing an adductor canal catheter, why not use that liposomal bupivacaine for the iPack block and use regular buivacaine or ropivacaine for the adductor canal?

thanks all for this lecture , acceuly i did pec1 and pec2 block for post operative pain management on 3 patients was under going MRM surgery , the results was very good specially one of those patients added axillary LA infeltiration and she was completely comfortable than others .
