Bro, couldn’t agree more, XFR is a fantastic league, Really enjoy the racing and there is a lot of respect on and off track since I’ve returned (from what I’ve experienced so far) took me one race in F1XL and I’m not racing there again, the standards and lack of respect is blatant to see, it’s one of the reasons I took a break 3 years ago, it’s sad to see the massive egos still exist, not ruining my Sunday nights for that 😅😅

Totally agree with everything you're telling here. I've noticed it especially in my own league, while being in PRS there was 100000 times more respect for each other, that is my experience. Some times it feels like the behaviour of people in their comments and lack of respect in a league is similar with social media. Lucky there are normal people. Even when you enter a lobby, clean drivers only, still there are dirty drivers once you've passed them with a clean overtake, still they find a reason to hit you. Sorry to say but these are especially the very young generation. it's not Mario Kart or something 🙄🙄🙄🙄 Tons of respect mate for this video ❤️

I agree. There’s a huge ego problem with a significant enough number of drivers, which gives people a sense of entitlement, and a sense of entitlement leads to the lack of respect. I think it also comes down to education and experience, too. People like you said are treating league races like 5 lap hopper lobbies. Going for every gap when it doesn’t exist, even though league racing is as much a test of endurance, not just speed. People need to learn patience, and respect to others is included in that. This is a good video, and the rant the whole community needed. As someone who is closely connected to the esports I know where the problem stems from, I know why these issues are coming up and I know who is to 'blame' even though I might not be able to speak out against them and the issues due to different factors. I know why racing standards have gotten so bad in all leagues which is a shame, for me XL, PRS, XFR all these leagues could be a bit of fun for me, my break from WOR and challengers due to the fun factor within them but now the esports ego and mentality is oozing into every last drop of league racing. The community is adapting, changing, moulding and shifting into something it never used to be, one of the reasons is it could be down to the influx of newcomers into the community and younger drivers who may not have the maturity as the long timers.

Hi Mark, long time viewer of your streams and fellow driver of XL. Youve absolutely nailed it. But its difficult to pinpoint whats triggering all of this disrespect among our drivers...I think it boils down to pure ego with some of them. I also believe the state of the game doesnt help peoples frustrations and theyre taking it out on each other. Theres a lot of good people in the community but theyre being fed a diet of other peoples ego and disrespect which almost seems like a domino effect. Anyway, im rambling just as much!! Just started playing again on my PS1, trying to beat the time trials after completing challenge mode. I just can't get through destruction dirtbox, you literally have to be perfect 😭😭. Nice speed run btw
