Hey boo! No that is a proximity sensor. You can only see it blinking when recording on a camera. This sensor emit a small electromagnetic radiation to detect nearby objects. That's why your phone's screen off when you keep it near ear during call. Hope this helps!💗

Yes, almost everyone receives a scholarship at Barry.
My sister applied to Barry would you recommend it she got into 11/19 colleges she applied to she got rejected by New College Of Florida, Fordham, Drexel, UTampa, Pitt, SJU, FSU, and Stony Brook but she’s choosing between Barry, SJFC, St. John’s, Farleigh Dickinson, New Paltz, Old Westbury, Bridgeport, Marymount Manhattan, Manhattan College, SUNY Polytechnic Institute, and Pace

Yes it’s not the best area. I moved down here not really doing my research and I have to say it was a shock when I first got here. But I am a very self aware person so I tend to feel safe outside of campus. Yet there is nothing really next to Barry so you can’t really walk to anything.

So the administration will send you something when it comes time to get ready for move in day and you pick from there.
I just got accepted to Barry University!! Is it fun? I have never been to Miami. I moved to Naples, Florida a year and a half ago.
It’s fun. The campus is small but there are a ton of nice people. Miami is beautiful go explore!

Thank You! Most people have a roommate it's honestly really hard to get a single room. The quality is honestly nice, but I wouldn't get a single dorm. I don't know at the top of my head how much the dorm is but it's on the barry website.

Honestly so far I haven’t had to study like hard core yet but when I do flash cards and physically writing things out help me! At barry I like to go anywhere outside or the library or in my dorm room.

Housing registration opens during the summer and you just request it. It’s really rare to get it tho so apply early for housing

Thank you sm!💗 For safety reason I am not gonna disclose where I am living. Honestly you just request a single and that’s it, you can’t exactly guarantee a single.
How long did it take them to tell you accepted and can someone sleep over your dorm ?
A couple of weeks honestly, but it can be different for anyone! During COVID for sleeping over, no, but no one really cares. Sneak them in if there’re from off campus, if not, just keep on the low.

Honestly, you will most likely get in! For my single room I just requested it and I ended up getting it.
