Driving through a storm and a Tornado warning

Driving home from work through a tornado warning. There was no Safe place to stop so i just kept going. Worst rain i have seen in years. Tons of damage north and south of where the footage was taken. Apparently i drove through the 'best' of it. Music to cover my music. . .and commentary

Finally managed to work most of the bugs out. The go Kart now is half as fast as it used to be, but much more torque, and the boy is no longer scared of it. Just goofing around and having fun. music: Manuel Senfft (www.tagirijus.de)

driving to work this person decided that they didnt have to wait until it was safe to pull out, they just did it anyway. With the ice on the road there was no way i was stopping in time and luckily there was no one in the oncoming lane.

Trying to pass a truck with flashing lights . . was his signal light on? i cant tell. He slows down and moves to the right, letting me pass i assumed, nope he wanted to get a run at plowing the driveway. somehow i missed getting any damage (from the plow or the snowbank) Edit: after watching several times it does appear that he had his turn signal on

Custom made 5hp briggs go kart. Custom Tube chassis. Power wheels body. Front engine, rear wheel drive with a solid rear axle. 100% custom and absolutely stupid. . .ly fun. . . .oh yeah, and only 80% done (no seat, brakes, paint etc)

yup. If you click on the Imgur link in the description you can see the build with pictures. I used a 1970?ish mechanical ski doo brake on the rear end.

I am not sure. It is an older briggs and stratton and is rated at 5 HP

The only thing I’ll do to that is if there the original plastic wheels is to cut up some old bike tyres and screw the tread to those wheels
Been thinking of doing this I've got some old power wheels laying around and a small 5 hp engine that runs amazing just wondering how hard the task would be to do it
if you view the linked imgur gallery build link in the description you will get an idea of the equipment/tools required for this build (lathe, mill, welding machine etc) as well as the mechanical types skills to put this together.

The plastic wheels make it a drift missile. . .also i dont want my kid to put it sideways and flip it, the plastic wheels are a safety device.
Put holes in the front grill so it can get better cooling
surprisingly it doesn't run that hot and cooling so far hasn't been an issue. Max run times so far have been around a half hour. But yeah, i was either going to cut out the grill, or put louvers or a fake ram on the hood to help the hot air get out.

What did you use for your rear gearbox?

How did you run the chain from the front to the back? Or how did making that work out for you?
i did a post on imgur, step by step imgur.com/a/kHGDBMw if you check it out. . .there is no chain but a drive shaft to the rear end.

Blue light is no good for your eyes.
TheEgg185 Don't go outside. Not only is the sky full of blue light, but there's harmful radiation that can burn your skin! It's much safer to stay indoors and watch videos.
Do some research to see what I mean. It actually is bad to go outside though. The suns radiation will age you and damage your eyes. Always wear sunglasses.
If you haven't already, please make sure your son knows not to go there if there's a fire. Super cool room though! Great idea.
