The Land Rover Monthly Malvern Spares Day - 29th October 2023
In this video I am at the Land Rover Monthly Malvern Spares day / sort out which takes place at the Three Counties Show Ground. It was a great day out as usual with plenty of great stalls selling some good parts, there is certainly something for everyone!

In this video, I am pulli my parts off of a overgrown, scrap 1998 300tdi discovery of the same trim level as Roger, this is my grandads and is missing a lot of bits off of it and it is completely rotten so there is no way this one could be saved sadly, so Atleast some of its parts can now live on inside of Roger! What is that tyre size?
Job well done. Tip-4-free (tm) remove your bumper end caps, treat them with a blast of a plumber’s blowtorch, looks brand new in seconds. Did my discovery 300tdi and all the lower plastics and bumpers on daughters sprinter van with that method, they look brand new.

I personally don’t believe it’s the best off roader ever but certainly a very interesting vehicle and it was nice to see some there in the flesh and to get to have a look around them etc
I’m not one to condone violence, but I hope that somebody gave the commentator a stout punch to the nose after he said that in 2016 the Defender was the least capable vehicle in the LR range!
Whilst electronic assist wise he is correct, an old defender will still go on to do far more extreme stuff than an Evoque could in an off road environment in my opinion
